Full-Jet Valve

The pneumatically triggered full jet valves are designed for the application of oils, sealants, adhesives, paints and (in a modified version) greases.

  • Ratched needle regulation for easy adjustment of the material amount. Alternatively available with regular regulation (Allen wrench with locknut for fixation)
  • Sensor for the raster needle lock optionally available
  • The employment of long nozzles facilitates a tilting of the devices towards each other, reducing the space requirements to a minimum
  • Valve alternatively available with spray nozzle
  • needle piston is alternately impinged on by air. Triggering takes place via an external pneumatic valve. This allows for use in explosion-proof areas as well

The pneumatically triggered full jet valves are designed for the application of oils, sealants, adhesives, paints and (in a modified version) greases.

Upon request, other media can be applied as well. Due to their little weight and compact build they are perfect for all applications with little space, such as installations in machines and robots.
